Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Seijaku List (com.yumedev.seijakulistkmp), developed by Daff Dev, handles user information. The application is currently available for pre-registration on Google Play. Use of the application implies acceptance of the practices described in this document.
1. Information collected
Seijaku List is designed to operate with as little data as possible. The information that may be processed is as follows:
- Collection data: the lists, titles, ratings and anime and manga progress recorded in the application.
- Account data (optional): if an account is created to synchronise the collection across devices, an email address and a username are stored.
- Technical data: basic device information and crash reports, used solely to detect and fix faults.
Location, contacts, personal files and any sensitive data are not collected.
2. Use of information
Information is used exclusively to:
- Store and display the collection and progress within the application.
- Synchronise data across devices, where that feature has been enabled.
- Detect errors and improve the stability and performance of the application.
Personal data is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
3. Data storage
By default, the collection is stored locally on the device. Where account synchronisation is used, data is held on secure servers and is accessible only from the corresponding account.
4. Third-party services
The application retrieves anime and manga information (titles, cover art, synopses) from public third-party APIs. These requests do not include personal data that could identify the user.
The application is distributed through Google Play, which applies its own privacy policies.
5. Minors
Seijaku List is not directed at children under 13 and information from individuals of that age is not knowingly collected. Should data belonging to a minor be identified, it will be deleted.
6. User rights
The user may, at any time:
- Access the data stored in their account.
- Correct or delete their collection from within the application.
- Request complete deletion of the account and associated data via the contact email.
7. Security
Reasonable measures are applied to protect information against unauthorised access. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot therefore be guaranteed.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be published on this page together with the date of the latest update.
